What began as a simple love for charcuterie turned into a full-blown cart built from scratch — literally.

With a husband handy with the tools, an Air Force wife with a creative eye, and a snack-loving family cheering them on, Harrison and Honey quickly became more than just an idea.

We wanted to create something beautiful, personal, and shareable — the kind of experience that brings people together and adds a touch of charm to every event. We style each cart with care, handpick every ingredient, and add the little touches we’d want at our own family’s table — all to make your celebration feel truly special.
